Jason So joined SAIF Partners in August 2004 and is currently a General Partner. He was previously a Managing Director at Delta Associates, the exclusive advisor to Asia Equity Infrastructure Fund. Before that he has also held the following positions: Director & Acting Head of Hong Kong Office, Emerging Markets Partnership, the Principal Advisor to AIG Asian Infrastructure Funds; Vice President, Union Bank of Switzerland; Principal, PaineWebber Incorporated & its affiliate the Transportation Group Limited; Associate, Chase Manhattan Asia Limited.

Mr. So holds B. Soc. Sc.（Hon.）in Economics from the University of Hong Kong and an M.B.A from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Hong Kong and a Fellow of the Association of Charted Certified Accounts (FCCA) in the U.K.

Mr. So is a non-executive director at SAIF HK.

Mr. Lin joined SAIF HK in September 2023. He is also the Vice Chairman and Managing Partner of SAIF AMC. Mr. Lin has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, private equity, trust financing, asset management and business strategic planning.

Representing SAIF AMC, Mr. Lin is currently also serving as a Vice Chairman at Shanghai Welltech Automation Co., Ltd.

Before working with SAIF AMC, Mr. Lin has held the following positions: Depute General Manager at BOC&GFIH Private Equity Fund Management (GD) Co., Ltd, Director & General Manager of Investment Banking Division at Guangdong Yuecai Trust Co., Ltd, Deputy General Manager of Strategy Management Division at Guangzhou Development Industrial Holdings Group Inc.

Mr. Lin holds PhD of Management, Master degree of Management and Bachelor of Computer Science from Sun Yat-Sen University.

She has over 20 years of professional finance and accountancy experiences in senior positions spanning various sectors including financial services, investment management, communication, media, technology and professional auditing in China, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Ms. Lai holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Staffordshire University and a Diploma in Senior Accountant and Business Research from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In addition, she is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

Felix Chan joined SAIF HK in April 2018. Mr. Chan is an experienced asset management professional with investment, fund raising and compliance skills. Previously, he worked at Taishan Capital Limited, MCL Financial Group, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (HK) Capital Limited, Sanwa International Finance Limited and CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited.

Mr. Chan currently is the CPA members in Australia. He holds Bachelor of Commerce from University of New South Wales.
